Colorado-based Wana Brands announces that their Wana Sour Gummies are now available in Michigan to medical marijuana cardholders through a partnership with High Life Farms:

Nearly 300,000 Michigan residents already possess a medical marijuana card making it the second largest medical marijuana patient population in the United States and more than three times the size of Colorado’s medical marijuana program. With a population of 9.9 million, Michigan is the first Midwest state to legalize adult-use cannabis. The $1.7 billion adult-use program is expected to come online in 2020.

“Michigan has a significant number of residents already participating in the state’s medical marijuana program,” noted Wana CEO Nancy Whiteman. “Wana Brands wants to provide Michigan marijuana patients access to America’s No. 1 edible. We selected High Life Farms as our Michigan partner because they are proven operators with a strong team and a great facility. Now that we’re established with a great partner and available in medical dispensaries, we will also be ready to serve the state when adult-use comes online.”

Wana flavors and ratios available in Michigan include Watermelon Hybrid (100mg per package, 10 pieces); Blueberry Indica (100 mg per package, 10 pieces); and Mango Sativa (100 mg per package, 10 pieces). Known for consistent dosing, Wana gummies are handcrafted and infused with high-quality tincture during the cooking process to ensure the best tasting, highest quality, consistent gummie on the market. Wana gummies are made with fruit pectin, not gelatin. A specially selected fruit pectin gives Wana Sour Gummies their amazing texture and makes them vegan. Wana Gummies also have no sorbitol or mineral oil, both of which can cause stomach upset. Wana expects to launch its line of Wana Drops, WanaCapsXR and Wana Disposable Vape products in Michigan by 2020.
