Michigan is one of the largest cannabis marketplaces in the United States & primed to take off with the advent of legal cannabis, so it makes perfect sense to bring that mission to Cobo Center in Detroit for Midwest Cannacon June 21st & 22nd from 10 AM – 5 PM both days! The event is open to any to browse the vast array of businesses that have forged a niche for themselves in this burgeoning industry & you can pay extra to dig into a lineup of presenters that includes Andrew Brisbo, Executive Director of Michigan’s Marijuana Regulatory Agency who will discuss the current status of MRA regulatory programs including the patient/caregiver registry, medical marijuana facility licensing, and the adult-use ballot initiative. Mr. Brisbo aims to convey the status of the regulatory programs under the Marijuana Regulatory Agency and enhance understanding of the overall environment for marijuana businesses in Michigan, which definitely seems worth the price of admission alone in our murky present!
