Great Lakes Patient Care Conference – September 21-22
The 4th annual Great Lakes Patient Care Conference will take place September 21st – 22nd at the Hagerty Center on beautiful West Grand Traverse Bay. Highlights of this FREE, public event include clarification & education regarding the use of CBD, vendors, seminars, and a 1.5hr CE Course Paid for by event sponsors for local health care professionals.
Featured presenters are Cathleen S Graham, a Certified Hospice and Palliative Care Registered Nurse and Regional Service Ops Manager for one of the nation’s largest hospice organizations, and CEO/founder of Cannabis Nurse Holistic Education and Consulting, specializing in cannabis education; and Michael E. Thue, a Certified Medical Assistant and member of the American Association of Medical Assistants. Michael is the CEO & Founder of Great Lakes Hemp Supplements and the Center for Compassion.
They have reserved the city park (Sunset Park) next to the Hagerty Center where they will set up a tent for a BBQ Lunch on Sunday & also the Cherry Cup Awards on Sunday at 4:20pm with BBQ Lunch. There will also be an area for card holders and patients to medicate, and a free shuttle will be provided to transport attendees between the two areas.
